Abstract:
A manufacturing method of soaking plate and a sealing structure of soaking plate are provided. The method involves preparing metal materials of soaking plate and cutting the metal materials into preliminary dimensions. Powder materials are filled into the chamber of the metal materials. Sintering is performed and a bracing structure is filled in the chamber of the metal materials. An injecting opening is formed in the metal materials, and the remaining portion except the injecting opening is sealed. An operating liquid is filled into the chamber. The semi-manufactured product of soaking plate is placed in a vacuum chamber, and pressing and sealing of the injecting opening end is performed. With the method, the quality of soaking plate can be improved and the rejection ratio of the soaking plate can be reduced. The damage to the soaking plate due to difference between pressure inside the chamber and pressure outside the chamber can be avoided.
