Abstract:
The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a straw particleboard, comprising the following steps: preparing straw chips, screening straw chips, preparing wood chips, screening wood chips, processing coarse wood materials, preparing surface layer materials, preparing core layer materials, and preparing straw particleboards. In the step of screening wood chips, the wood chips are conveyed to a second screening device so as to screen the wood chips and separate the wood chips into coarse wood materials, standard wood materials, and fine wood materials. In the step of preparing surface layer materials, surface layer materials are prepared from a mixture of the standard straw materials and the fine wood materials. The present invention further provides a straw particleboard manufactured by the manufacturing method.
