Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a surface mounting inductor. The method comprises the following steps: arranging air core coils in an row-column array, arranging pins of the air core coils to have a consistent connection direction, and then using magnetic powder to prepare an inductor matrix by means of mold pressing; cutting the inductor matrix in the connection direction of the pins of the air core coils so as to obtain a plurality of initial inductor group blanks including a plurality of inductor bodies; carrying out a body treatment on the initial inductor group blanks, and then carrying out a surface plating-resistant treatment on same, so as to form inductor group blanks; arranging, in rows, a plurality of inductor group blanks including the inductor bodies in the same arrangement, so as to form an inductor group blank combination; in a direction perpendicular to the connection direction of the pins of the air core coils, removing a plating-resistant layer on a corresponding electrode part of each inductor body in the inductor group blank combination, and then performing cutting in a direction perpendicular to the connection direction of the pins of the air core coils, so as to obtain a finished inductor blank; and depositing one or more metal conductive layers on an electrode surface of the finished inductor blank, so as to obtain a surface mounting inductor.
