Abstract:
An isolator/circulator (100, 200) and a manufacturing method therefor. The isolator/circulator (100, 200) comprises a bottom plate (10, 10a), a cylindrical housing (20, 20a) having a cover, and an in-cavity assembly (30); the bottom of the cylindrical housing (20, 20a) having the cover is fixedly connected to the bottom plate (10, 10a); the in-cavity assembly (30) is provided in a cavity formed by combining the cylindrical housing (20, 20a) having the cover and the bottom plate (10, 10a); three notches (21, 21a) are formed on the annular surface of the cylindrical housing (20, 20a) having the cover at intervals in a circumferential direction; the in-cavity assembly (30) comprises a circuit portion; three pins (31, 31a) protruding outwards in the circuit portion directly extend outwards from the respective corresponding notches (21, 21a); the in-cavity assembly further comprises metal needles (40) that are inserted into the corresponding pins (31, 31a); the bottom plate (10, 10a) has extension portions (11, 11a) corresponding to the pins (31, 31a); the metal needles (40) pass through the extension portions (11, 11a); an insulating pad (50, 50a) is provided between each metal needle (40) and each extension portion (11, 11a); the bottom surfaces of the metal needles (40) corresponding to the three pins (31, 31a) are located on the same plane; the bottom plate (10, 10a) and the cylindrical housing (20, 20a) having the cover are both made of a metal material; the lower end of the cylindrical housing (20, 20a) having the cover is provided with a connection protrusion (22) that protrudes downwards; a positioning groove (12) is provided at a position of the bottom plate (10, 10a) corresponding to the connection protrusion (22); the connection protrusion (22) is fixedly mounted in the positioning groove (12) by means of riveting.
