Abstract:
The present invention discloses a novel heat-laminated self-adhesive material, a method of making same, and an application thereof. The material comprises the following materials: a phthalic acid plastic, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, phenol formaldehyde resin, an aminoplastic, a pearlized film, a synthetic paper, and the like. A surface coating or spraying method is used to treat an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-type hot-melt adhesive coating such as a polyoxyethylene (POE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), or the like. An inner side is subject to surface tension treatment followed by a coating step performed by transfer coating on a coating machine, and is then undergoes a laminate-roll-laminate process performed by a coating machine using a substrate paper such as silicone glassine, PET substrate paper, and the like to form the novel heat-laminated self-adhesive material. The material can be used to laminate, using a heat laminating machine, a printed material obtained from various printing methods such as intaglio printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, offset printing, digital printing, and the like, and then undergo die-cutting to form a self-adhesive label.
