Abstract:
A manufacturing, packaging and warehouse-out process for multi-stamped products. The process comprises: unwinding roll materials and then performing first stamping on same to form n raw material blanks; conveying the raw material blanks to a multi-stamping station (50) by means of a conveying belt (40) and machining same to form multi-channel products; dividing the multi-channel products into single rows for conveying by means of a multi-station integrated conveying belt; then, performing optical inspection on the products; feeding acceptable products into a stacking machine (120) by means of a turning and discharging conveying belt assembly (110), such that the stacking machine (120) completes multi-row and multi-layer product stacking; and then, packaging the products by means of a subsequent packaging procedure for warehouse-out, such that the whole production line forms a U-shaped production line by means of the turning and discharging conveying belt assembly (110).
