Abstract:
A manufacturing process for a corrosion-resistant milling cutter, comprising the following steps: 1) machining blanks by implementing outer circle grinding of coarse material to obtain blanks; 2) making grooves and forming blades by forming a blade groove in the blanks and then finely grinding the blade groove, cutting the blade, and polishing to obtain a rough milling cutter; 4) spraying on corrosion-resistant powder coating by spraying corrosion-resistant powder coating onto the rough milling cutter by means of a spraying process; and 5) sintering the coated milling cutter. The present manufacturing process for a corrosion-resistant milling cutter is procedurally simple and easy to operate, and the prepared milling cutter has good corrosion-resistance and a long service life.
