Abstract:
Disclosed is a manufacturing process for a culture buoy, relating to maintaining a specific air pressure in a buoy for adaptive use in water, and comprising the following steps: placing a bottle blank in a heating device for heating; placing the bottle blank in a bottle blowing device after the bottle blank reaches the temperature required for bottle blowing, and closing a mold; filling the bottle blank with compressed air; after a bottle is molded, opening the mold, and separating the mold from the bottle; placing the bottle in a welding device, placing a sealing cover on a bottle mouth when the air pressure in the bottle is still greater than one atmospheric pressure, and covering the bottle mouth with the sealing cover; covering the sealing cover with a rotating disc, driving, by the rotating disc, the sealing cover to rotate, and fusion welding the sealing cover and the bottle mouth together.
