Abstract:
Disclosed are a manufacturing process for an enamel container, and an enamel container. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: removing oil stains from an inner wall of a metal container (4); performing sand-blasting on the inner wall of the metal container (4); electrostatically spraying enamel powder onto the inner wall of the metal container (4); and sintering the metal container (4) in a sintering furnace. An enamel container manufactured by means of the manufacturing process for an enamel container has an enamel layer with a uniform thickness, a smooth surface, and is without defects such as scorching, burst or powder deposits.
