Abstract:
A manufacturing process for inner conductor of new ultra-flexibility feeder line is provided. The material of inner conductor of ultra-flexibility cable is smooth copper pipe, the pipe is deeply spiral rolled; the oxygen content of casting blank of smooth copper pipe is below 10ppm，the phosphorus content is below 30ppm; the wall thickness of smooth copper pipe is 0.19mm～0.27mm, the strength of extension is 240～270Mpa; the extensibility A≥45％.The manufacturing process of inner conductor of coaxial cable increases the production speed and product quality of existing inner conductor of ultra- flexibility feeder line, the copper strip do not side cut and not solder, the production efficiency of inner conductor is increased, the dissipation of copper material is decreased.
