Abstract:
A manufacturing process for a PCB blue mask through-hole plug, comprising the following steps: A. manufacturing a mask member tool: milling or drilling in advance a PCB having the same thickness as that of a blue mask production board, to form a hole having an identical diameter and shape as that of a through-hole to be plugged by the blue mask production board, so as to manufacture the mask member tool; B. manufacturing a mask member: sealing a side of the mask member tool obtained in step A by using tape, injecting the blue mask, scraping flat the same, performing high-temperature curing thereof, and peeling off the tape after cooling and discharging the mask member from the hole using a pin; C. plugging a through-hole using the mask member: plugging the mask member into a PCB having a through-hole to be plugged, arranging the PCB according to a direction thereof and installing the same using a mask frame after plugging the through-hole, and awaiting the next step of printing blue mask on a surface thereof; D. screen printing of blue mask on the surface: acquiring a blue mask screen corresponding to the PCB required to be produced, installing and aligning the blue mask screen on a screen printer and performing screen printing; E. high-temperature curing: placing the PCB screen printed with the blue mask into a high-temperature oven using a board rack and performing high-temperature curing, and cooling and collecting the PCB after the high-temperature curing is complete. The manufacturing process for a blue mask through-hole plug of PCB has a high production yield, a low rework rate and low cost.
