Abstract:
A manufacturing system includes a working line provided with at least one station
module selecting from 2-station module (100) to perform two working steps per
work and 3-station module (200) to perform three working steps per work and a carrying
line to carry a work or a pallet. With this system, since two kinds of normalized
or standardized 2-station module (100) and 3-station module (200) are selected
as needed or combined appropriately to form manufacturing systems corresponding
to, and required for, all working steps, modifications to manufacturing facilities
and reduction of facility costs can be achieved and a manufacturing system can
be provided to comply with requirements for a wide variety of all manufacturing
steps.
