Abstract:

A manufacturing system (10) equipped with a base (20) and multiple work machine modules (30) arrayed on said base (20) in an array direction and detachable from said base (20), wherein one (46R) of a pair of wheels of a work machine module (30) is engaged with one (44) of a pair of rails provided on the base (20) in such a manner that positional shifting in the array direction is prohibited, and the other (46L) of the pair of wheels is engaged with the other (44) of the pair of rails in such a manner as to allow positional shifting in the array direction, thereby regulating the positions of the work machine modules (30) on the base (20) in the array direction. The work machine modules (30) are restrained and fixed to setting positions on the base (20) by being drawn towards the base (20) using module-fixing mechanisms (180) provided on the base (20).
