Abstract:
The present invention relates to a manure coal using manure or manure sludge, and to a production method for same. The manure coal using manure or manure sludge of the present invention comprises: an unprocessed manure-product raw material incorporating at least one component selected from manure and manure sludge; quicklime; a deodorizing agent comprising a dried product having a water content of between 10 and 40% incorporating water-treatment sludge and at least one of phosphoric acid and sulphuric acid; and coal having a calorific value of between 3,000 and 8,000 kcal/kg. The present invention provides a manure coal which uses a deodorizing agent able to effectively eliminate the foul smells that arise from manure and manure sludge and also uses a coal that raises the calorific value, and thus allows the reuse of manure and all manure-related sludges, which have been difficult to use as fuels, and as a result can be used as a low-cost heating fuel. The present invention also provides a production method for the manure coal.
