Abstract:
Map generation systems and methods may be provided. One or more sensors on-board a vehicle may collect information about surrounding environments and communicate the collected information to a remote server. The remote server may generate a high-precision three-dimensional map using the collected information. Data derived from the three-dimensional map can be used for navigation of the vehicle.
