Abstract:
A map information creation device (300) for presenting information at an appropriate time is provided with the following: an operation acquisition unit (310) that acquires operation information (d1) that indicates each position to which a moving body moved by a user is moved, and that indicates the frequency of an operation performed on an apparatus by the user of the moving body when the moving body is at each position; a determination unit (320) that determines whether information presentation is possible, for each position on a map, on the basis of the frequency at each position indicated by the operation information (d1); and a creation unit (330) that creates map information indicating the results of the determination by the determination unit (320) for each position on the map.
