Abstract:
An embodiment according to an aspect of the present invention provides a marble-color molded product manufactured by injection-molding a mixture into a mold cavity and forming a texture-forming pattern on the surface of the injection-molded article, the mixture containing pigment particles and a thermoplastic resin including one selected from the group consisting of polycarbonate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, polybutylene terephthalate, polypropylene, and a combination thereof. An embodiment according to another aspect of the present invention relates to a system for evaluating a marble color effect of a marble-color molded product which is an injection-molded article of a mixture containing: pigment particles; and a thermoplastic resin including one selected from the group consisting of polycarbonate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, polybutylene terephthalate, polypropylene, and a combination thereof. The system may comprise: a light source unit which forms an angle with the surface of the molded article so as to allow light to be incident; an imaging unit which captures an image of scattered light scattered from the surface of the molded article; an image processing unit which processes the image captured by the imaging unit in order to draw a boundary of a region where the marble color effect is implemented on the surface of the molded article; and an evaluation element deriving unit which derives a marble color effect evaluation element from the image processed by the image processing unit.
