A marble launcher, a muzzle speed testing device thereof, and a robot using the marble launcher. The muzzle speed testing device for the marble launcher comprises: a speed testing tube (1); a connection member (8), two ends of which are respectively fixed to an inlet end (11) of the speed testing tube and a muzzle; a first sensing element (3) and a second sensing element (6) disposed at an interval along the direction of a channel of the speed testing tube; and a controller (7). When a marble passes through the speed testing tube (1), the controller (7) records a time difference generated when the first sensing element (3) and the second sensing element (6) are triggered, and calculates the initial speed of the marble according to the time difference. The marble launcher comprises a launching system and the muzzle speed testing device fixed to the muzzle of the launching system. The robot comprises a main body and the marble launcher fixed to the main body. By means of the marble launcher, the muzzle speed testing device thereof and the robot using the marble launcher, the initial speed of a marble launched from the muzzle of the launching system can be measured in real time, and the measurement is convenient and flexible.
