Abstract:
A marine anode controller, comprising a processing unit (1), an output unit, and a local signal specifying circuit (14). The processing unit comprises a microcontroller (11). The output unit comprises a PWM controller (2), a full-bridge converter (3), a voltage and current measurement circuit (4), an output feedback circuit (5), an error measurement circuit (8), and an overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuit (7). The output feedback circuit (5) comprises voltage feedback and current feedback. The error measurement circuit (8) comprises a voltage error measurement circuit and a current error measurement circuit. The marine anode controller further has a local/remote control switching circuit (9). The marine anode controller can easily switch and change the type and magnitude of a signal output to a sacrificial anode according to needs of users. Further disclosed is an impressed current cathodic protection system. The system consists of a plurality of anode controllers and is connected to an industrial control computer (10). The system can separately control marine anode controllers, and is convenient to operate and maintain.
