Abstract:
[Problem] To maintain the original function of a marine material when used in a state of being immersed in seawater or fresh water, and when stored or stocked in air before being used, and to prevent marine pollution after use. [Solution] At least a portion of components of this marine material that is to be used in a state of being immersed in seawater or fresh water is a resin containing polylactic acid (PLA) and polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT). As a result, when at least a portion of the components is used in a state of being immersed in seawater or fresh water and when same is stored or stocked in air before being used, hydrolysis in the components is inhibited, whereas hydrolysis is accelerated when being placed on the seabed or river bed after use.
