Abstract:
Provided is a marine oil-degrading bacterium, which is Alcanivorax dieselolei T6-6 and has a preservation number of CGMCC NO:9033. The bacterium can be used in degradation and clearance of petroleum hydrocarbon, environmental pollution control, surfactant production, water surface tension reduction, and the like. Also provided is a compound separated from fermentation secondary metabolite of the bacterium, wherein the structural formula of the compound is formula (I). When n is 3, the compound is named as 2-amino-6-(N-2-carbonyl-4-tridecyl-cyclobutane) caproic acid, is also named as dieselolei T6-6, and is a lysine lipid. The compound can be used in emulsification of organic matters, and has a bacteriostatic effect on Gram positive bacteria and fungi.
