The present invention relates to a marker for predicting a stomach cancer prognosis, a composition and a kit for predicting a stomach cancer prognosis, said composition and kit comprising preparations for determining an expression level of the marker, and to a method for predicting a stomach cancer prognosis using said marker. According to the present invention, stomach cancer prognosis may be accurately predicted, and an appropriate treatment plan based on the predicted prognosis may be advantageously established to significantly reduce death caused by stomach cancer. Particularly, according to the present invention, a treatment method for a stage III stomach cancer patient may be used for a patient who has been predicted to have a negative prognosis among stage Ib/II stomach cancer patients, thereby remarkably increasing survival rate.
