Abstract:
Disclosed are a marker rod assembly device, a fully automatic production line and a marker rod assembly method. The marker rod assembly device comprises a carrier conveyer line (2), a marker rod feeding mechanism (6), a detection mechanism (4), a rotating clamping mechanism (3) and a mounting mechanism (5). The detection mechanism (4) performs detection to acquire an initial angle of a marker rod clamped by the rotating clamping mechanism (3), and the rotating clamping mechanism (3) then rotates the marker rod to a pre-set assembly angle according to the detection result of the detection mechanism (4). Under the drive of the mounting mechanism (5), the rotating clamping mechanism (3) moves to a pre-assembly position to insert the marker rod into a workpiece. After detection is performed by the detection mechanism (4), the rotating clamping mechanism (3) automatically adjusts the angle of the marker rod, thereby improving the mounting efficiency of the marker rod, ensuring the accuracy of the mounting angle of the marker rod, avoiding the defect of an error being easily made during manual assembly, and achieving automated assembly production of the marker rod.
