Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/009035
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a marker in which the effects of aberration in each lens part due to the inclination of the optical axis of incident light can be mitigated, and an image from a part to be detected can be clarified and detected. A marker (1) according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a lens body (1), wherein a plurality of lens parts are continuously arranged on one surface side of the lens body (10), and a plurality of parts (200) to be detected, which can be detected from the one surface side and respectively correspond to the lens parts, are disposed on the other surface side of the lens body (10). The pitch of the plurality of lens parts is different from that of the plurality of parts (200) to be detected, and each of the plurality of lens parts has a protrusion on the one surface side. An arbitrary lens part is set as a reference lens part (111), and the respective central radii of curvature of the protrusions increase going from the reference lens part toward an end portion of the lens body in the direction in which the plurality of lens parts are continuously arranged.
