Abstract:

In the present invention, when a wireless device (11) and a user terminal (10) perform short-range wireless communication via radio waves, a transmitter (203) sends communication information that includes a terminal ID of the user terminal (10), a device ID of the wireless device (11), and the strength of the radio waves to a server (13) via a network (12). A collection unit (204) collects, for each device ID, changes over time in the radio wave strength for the terminal ID of the communication information. A calculation unit (205) calculates a movement line along which a user has moved in a prescribed device ID wireless device area, and a residence time during which the user is resident on a portion of the movement line. An estimation unit (206) estimates, for each device ID, behavior information actually performed by the user in the prescribed device ID wireless device area. An analysis unit (207) analyzes user attribute information that includes preferences of the user, on the basis of the estimated user behavior information for each device ID and installation attribute information preset for each device ID.
