MARKETING VEHICLE FOR HANDICAPPED PEOPLE

This invention is related to a marketing tool which is designed for the use of the disabled, could be easily used with a wheelchair, crutch and similar assistance apparatus of the disabled driver.

Within the state of art, there have been many devices and equipments introduced to reintegrate the disabled into the society and make their life easier. However, the aforesaid devices and equipments can be used only in order to reintegrate the disabled into the society and make their life easier, not to reintegrate them into the professional life. Therefore, the disabled only perform basic vital functions, but they can not participate in professional life and they could not demonstrate the ability of being an individual on their own.

In Turkish Utility Model Registration registered under the application number 2008/04897 included within the state of art, a multifunctional and railed the disabled and load transfer vehicle with a lift, which is assembled on the vehicles such as bus, microbus, automobiles, trolleys and for the lifting up and down the disabled without getting off the wheelchair and the assistance of someone else or while placing the load and the goods on the vehicle, characterized in that a disabled and load transfer vehicle consisting of in and out slots on the fixed frame, which the fastener passes into, connection breakers, plastic cylinders and digital sensors, motor positioned on the swinging frame, on off button positioned on the control panel, a seesaw button, power cable, plastic cover channels for the cables and screwed spindle palette.

The tools and equipments mentioned above within the state of art are designed to simplify the daily lives of the disabled, but they can not enable them to reintegrate the professional life.

Since our invention comprises various equipments that enable the disabled to work in the vehicle, within structure of the marketing tool designed for the disabled, a physically disabled person, who will use the aforementioned tool, can both easily prepare the product and put up the products prepared for sale.

Our invention, a marketing tool designed for the disabled comprises a swinging ramp (1) that can carry the disabled getting on the vehicle by a wheelchair (7), to the vehicle, a moving mechanism (8) that can rotate 360° , by which the disabled person is transferred from the swinging ramp (1), at least one rail (3) walking within the vehicle on the aforesaid rotating moving mechanism (8), a vehicle control unit (6) positioned in front of the vehicle in a way that the disabled can reach via moving mechanism (8), a bench (4) positioned on one of the sides of the vehicle in a way that the disabled can reach via the moving mechanism (8), a kitchen unit (5) preferably positioned on the back side of the vehicle and a control unit (11) positioned on the upper part of the moving mechanism (8) in a way that the driver can reach.

Our invention includes a moving mechanism (8), at least two wheel lock up slots (9) which can be controlled with the function of locking and unlocking by the control unit (11) positioned the 360° rotary blower (10) in cases where it will be used by the disabled. In such a case, the disabled sits on the swinging ramp (1) with the wheelchair, is carried to the 360° rotary blower (10) by the swinging ramp (1) and there, it is snapped into the wheel lockup slots and the wheelchair is fixed on the 360° rotary blower (10). The disabled driver turns the moving mechanism towards vehicle control unit (6) via control unit (11) and drives the vehicle. After the vehicles arrived to the intended destination, the driver moves and turns the moving mechanism (8) towards bench (4) on the rails by using the control unit (11) and here after receiving the orders of the customers, again via the control unit (11) the deriver moves the moving mechanism (8) towards ki ^' tchen unit and prepares the orders and offers to the customers.

In the cases that our invention will be used by the disabled having a crutch, it places a seating platform (2) on the moving mechanism (8). Thus, a disabled using a crutch gets through the seating platform (2) via swinging ramp or by on his own and sells the products in the vehicle.

Our invention, at the request of the driver, a folding calash positioned on the front of the vehicle, a shutter covering open parts of the vehicle, advertising units and spare power units to operate the devices such as oven and fridge to heat an d chill the foods in the vehicle.
