Abstract:
A marking device for positioning a moving body at a specified position accurately to automatically perform a marking. The marking device is mounted on a moving body (100), and provided with a writing mechanism (200) for performing a writing, first and second measuring instruments (310A, 310B) for measuring the current position and direction of the moving body (100), and a controller for controlling the displacement of the moving body (100). The first and second measuring instruments (310A, 310B) supply respective measuring ropes (390) to the corresponding reference poles (A, B) to measure the lengths of the drawn ropes. The first measuring device (310A) measures the angle ($g(u)3) between the reference line (SL) of the moving body (100) and the direction of draw out of the measuring rope (390). According to the measured lengths and angle, the moving body (100) is controlled to a desired position and direction to allow the writing mechanism (200) to perform a write.
