The present invention relates to a marking tool for ReLEX SMILE surgery which is used in a centration technique of aligning a laser irradiation point to the corneal apex of a patient during the ReLEX SMILE surgery. The marking tool for ReLEX SMILE surgery comprises: a pair of cross markers for marking a first point and a second point on a cornea by being brought into contact with the left and right sides of the cornea of a patient, with the corneal apex set at the center, respectively; a vertical marker for marking a third point on the cornea by being brought into contact with the bottom side of the cornea of the patient, with the corneal apex set at the center; and a grip for connecting the cross markers and the vertical marker together, and provided to be held by a practitioner so that the cross markers and the vertical marker may be brought into contact with the cornea of the patient. The marking tool for ReLEX SMILE surgery comprising the aforementioned features according to the present invention may perform the marking operation for tracking the corneal apex, which is the "visual axis" of an eyeball with which actual visual acuity is determined, with only one marking, and thus has an advantage in that it is possible to track a corneal apex more precisely than when conventional marking points are separately marked. This invention allows a laser irradiation point for lenticule separation to align precisely with the corneal apex rather than the center of a pupil, which is the optical center of visual acuity, and it is possible to prevent an increase of "higher order aberrations" such as coma and spherical aberrations which occur when said precise alignment is not reflected.
