Abstract:
The present invention provides a martensitic stainless steel sheet characterized in that: the martensitic stainless steel sheet has a steel composition of, by mass, 0.30 to 0.60% of C, 0.05 to 1.00% of Si, 0.10 to 1.50% of Mn, 11.0 to 15.0% of Cr, 0.01 to 0.60% or less of Ni, 0.01 to 0.50% of Cu, 0.01 to 1.0% of Mo, 0.01 to 0.50% of V, 0.03% or less of Al, 0.01 to 0.05% of N, and 0.01% or less of O; and when a carbide is present as inclusions corresponding to the Group B inclusions defined in JIS G 0555, the carbide cleanliness index of the carbide is 3.0 or below, the carbide area ratio when observed under an optical microscope having a 200-fold magnification is 2% or below, or the amount of coarse carbide recovered by a 10 μm-mesh filter in an extraction residual analysis of the entire thickness is 0.6 mass% or below in terms of the amount of Cr.
