Abstract:
Disclosed is a mascara container provided with a lower rotating wiper. The mascara container provided with a lower rotating wiper, according to the present invention, comprises: a container main body provided with a coupling head; a lower rotating wiper for wiping a brush member while coupled to the coupling head; and a brush unit coupled to the container main body and provided with the brush member and a brush supporting rod, to which the brush member is coupled, wherein the brush member and the brush supporting rod have a flat shape, and the lower rotating wiper is provided with a base body having a circular hole and with a rotating body which is rotatably coupled to the base body and has a flat hole.
