Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a mask box. The mask box comprises: a box body composed of an upper box body and a lower box body, and a mask hook provided in the inner surface of the box body. The mask box further comprises: a communication module, a microcontroller, and a reminder module; the communication module is wirelessly connected to a data platform, and acquires air quality data from the data platform; the microcontroller is electrically connected to the communication module, receives the air quality data acquired by the communication module and processes and analyzes same, determines whether the air quality data satisfies a preset standard, and sends, when the air quality data satisfies a preset reminder condition, a reminder instruction to the reminder module; and the reminder module receives the reminder instruction and reminds the user to wear a mask. Further disclosed in the present invention is a method for controlling a mask box. The mask box provided in the present invention will automatically remind a user, when it is deemed necessary, to wear a mask, realizing a smart and humanized reminder regarding wearing a mask, thereby facilitating the user's life and offering protection against air pollution in the outdoors.
