A mask, an exposure method, and a touch panel. The mask comprises a light-transmitting pattern (520) and a light-shielding pattern (510), the mask further comprises a first exposure region (A) and a second exposure region (B), and the first exposure region (A) is located on at least one side of the second exposure region (B), wherein a first light-shielding pattern (511) in the first exposure region (A) comprises strip-shaped light-shielding parts (512); each strip-shaped light-shielding part (512) comprises a first light-shielding section (5121) and a second light-shielding section (5122), the second light-shielding section (5122) is located between the first light-shielding section (5121) and a second light-shielding pattern (513) in the second exposure region (B), and the width of the first light-shielding section (5121) in a first direction is smaller than the width of the second light-shielding section (5122) in the first direction; the extension direction of the strip-shaped light-shielding parts (512) is a second direction, and the first direction is a direction perpendicular to the second direction in a plane on which the mask is located, so that the display quality and yield of display devices may be improved.
