Abstract:
A mask frame, comprising a frame body (100). The frame body (100) comprises a plurality of side frames (101), and the frame body (100) comprises a first surface (100a) and a second surface (100b) opposite to each other. A plurality of grooves (102) is provided on the first surface (100a) of each side frame (101) along the extension direction of the side frame (101). The grooves (102) are recessed from the first surface (100a) toward the second surface (100b), and have slot depths in a direction perpendicular to the first surface (100a), wherein in the plurality of grooves (102) of each side frame (101), the slot depth of the groove (102) at the middle portion of the side frame (101) is smaller than the slot depths of the grooves (102) at both ends of the side frame (101). Also provided are an evaporation mask assembly, an evaporation device, and a method for manufacturing the mask frame.
