Technical Field The present invention relates to a mask pack capable of enhancing a cosmetic effect by attaching the mask pack to a user' face. More particularly, the present invention relates to a mask pack containing powder and a manufacturing method thereof, in which a sheet adhered with the powder, such as loess, and impregnated with cosmetic massage cream, such as Coenzyme QlO, is attached to a user's face to provide a user with a cosmetic effect in a simple and convenient process.

Background Art: Recently, as women have been becoming continuously interested in their beautiful and clean skin, skin cosmetic treatment, in particular, a face of clean skin, is a matte of concern, for instance, to improve an image of the user for an interview. However, the treatment using various packs gives an unpleasant feeling due to the direct contact of the pack component, such as loess, against user's face, and it is also inconvenient for users to take away the packs after application and to wash their faces for wiping off the packs. In addition, since the treatment using various packs serves to remove sebaceous matters and bode wastes, which is accumulated deep into the skin pores through various cosmetic massage cream, and to supply moistures to the user's face, it is advantageous to be more cheap and convenient than the other cosmetic treatments. However, there is a technical limitation in that no cosmetic effect can be brought from far-infrared radiation, anion, and so forth, which is generated from natural material such as loess, etc.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a mask pack containing powder and a manufacturing method thereof, in which a sheet adhered with the powder, such as loess, ceramic powder and various vitamin powder, etc., and impregnated with cosmetic massage cream, such as Coenzyme QlO, albumin, and collagen, etc., is attached to a

user's face to provide a user with a cosmetic effect in a simple and convenient process.

Technical Solution

In order to accomplish the above-mentioned object, there is provided a mask pack which is attached to a user's face to enhance a. cosmetic effect, according to embodiments of the present invention which comprises a sheet having openings corresponding to eyes and a mouth and a slit for preventing the sheet from being loose around a nose, powder applied onto front and rear surfaces of the sheet, and cosmetic massage cream impregnated on the sheet.

In an embodiment, the powder contains at least one selected from the group consisting of loess, ceramic powder, and various vitamin powder.

In an embodiment, the cosmetic massage cream contains at least one selected from the group consisting of Coenzyme QlO, albumin, green tea juice, and collagen. According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided with a method of manufacturing a mask pack that is attached to enhance a cosmetic effect, which comprises agitating powder containing at least one of distilled water, loess, ceramic powder, and various vitamin powder in an agitator, transferring the material agitated in the stirring step to a sprayer by using a pump, spraying the agitated material transferred to the sprayer in the

transferring step onto front and rear surfaces of the sheet, drying the sheet sprayed with the agitated material in the spraying step in a dry furnace, impregnating cosmetic massage cream containing at least one of Coenzyme QlO, albumin, green tea juice, and collagen onto the sheet dried in the drying step, and packincj the sheet impregnated with the cosmetic massage cream in the impregnating step with a package paper in a vacuum manner.

According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a mask pack that is attached to enhance a cosmetic effect, which comprises agitating powder containing at least one of distilled water, loess, ceramic powder, and various vitamin powder in an agitator, transferring the material agitated in the stirring step to a sprayer by using a pump, spraying the agitated material transferred to the sprayer in the transferring step onto a press roller, pressing the agitated material on a sheet by using the press roller sprayed with the agitated material in the spraying step, drying the sheet pressed with the agitated material in the pressing step in a dry furnace, impregnating cosmetic massage cream containing at least one of Coenzyme QlO, albumin, green tea juice, and collagen onto the sheet dried in the drying step, and packing the sheet impregnated with the cosmetic massage cream in the impregnating step with a package paper in a vacuum manner.

Advantageous Effects

According to the present invention, the mask pack containing certain powder and the manufacturing method thereof, in which the sheet adhered with the powder, such as loess, and impregnated with the cosmetic massage cream, such as Coenzyme QlO, is attached to the user's face, can provide a user with a cosmetic effect in a simple and convenient process .

The mask pack 1 containing powder according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is attached to a user's face for enhancing a cosmetic effect, includes a sheet 10 having openings 12 corresponding to eyes and mouth and a slit 14 for preventing the sheet from being loose around a nose, a powder 20 applied onto front and rear surfaces of the sheet 10, and a cosmetic massage cream 30 impregnated on the sheet 10.

The sheet 10 is provided with the openings 12 corresponding to eyes and mouth and the slit 14 for

preventing the sheet from being loose around a nose, and severs to supply various cosmetic components, which will describe below in more detail, to the user's face while containing them. Preferably, the sheet 10 is made of materials such as harmless pulp, non-woven fabric, cotton or the like.

The sheet includes various kinds of powder 20 applied onto the front and rear surfaces thereof. The powder 20 contains at least one selected from the group consisting of loess, ceramic powder and various vitamin powder, and so forth.

The various kinds of powder 20 and various kinds of cosmetic massage cream 30 provided on the sheet 10 soak through the user' s face to effectively remove body wastes accumulated on skin, promote skin smoothness, strengthen immunity function, delay aging, and serve to prevent skin diseases such as pimples and freckles, and so forth. The process of manufacturing the mask pack 1 containing the powder according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is attached to the user' s face for enhancing

the cosmetic effect, includes agitating powder mixed with distilled water, loess, ceramic powder, various vitamin powder, and so forth in an agitator (step SlOl), transferring the material agitated in the stirring step to a sprayer by using a pump (step S103), spraying the agitated material transferred in the transferring step onto front and rear surfaces of the sheet (step S105) , drying the sheet sprayed with the agitated material in the spraying step in a dry furnace (step 107), impregnating a cosmetic massage cream, such as Coenzyme QlO, albumin, green tea juice, collagen, and so forth, on the sheet dried in the drying step (step 109) , and packing the sheet impregnated with the cosmetic massage cream in the impregnating step with a package paper in a vacuum manner (step 111) . In the drying step S107 that the sheet sprayed with the agitated material is dried in the dry furnace, it is preferable to dry the material by way of hot blast dry or high temperature dry. The impregnating step S109 is a step that the cosmetic massage cream 30, such as Coenzyme QlO, albumin, green tea juice, collagen, and so forth, is impregnated on the sheet 10 dried in the dry furnace.

In the packing step Sill of packing the sheet 10 impregnated with the cosmetic massage cream 30, it is preferable to use a vacuum package in order to prevent external air from entering in the package.

As shown in FIG. 4, the process of manufacturing the mask pack 1 containing the powder will be described below in detail.

First, in the agitating step SlOl, the powder 20 mixed with distilled water, loess, ceramic powder, various vitamin powder, and so forth agitated in the agitator.

Then, in the transferring step S103, the material agitated at the stirring step SlOl is transferred to the sprayer by using the pump.

In the spraying step S105, the agitated material

transferred by the pump in the transferring step S103 is sprayed on the front and rear surfaces of the sheet 10.

Then, in the drying step S107, the sheet sprayed with the agitated material in the spraying step 105 is dried in the dry furnace.

In the impregnating step S109, a cosmetic massage cream 30, such as Coenzyme QlO, albumin, green tea juice, collagen, and so forth, is impregnated on the sheet 10 which is dried in the dry furnace in the drying step S107. And then, in the packing step Sill, the sheet 10 impregnated with the cosmetic massage cream 30 in the impregnating step S109 is packed with the vacuum package in a vacuum manner.

FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a process of manufacturing the mask pack 1 containing powder according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention.

A process of manufacturing the mask pack containing the powder according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is attached to the user' s face for enhancing a cosmetic effect, includes agitating powder 20 mixed with distilled water, loess, ceramic powder, various vitamin powder, and so forth in an agitator (step S201) , transferring the material agitated in the stirring step S201 to a sprayer by using a pump (step S203) , spraying the agitated material, which is transferred to the sprayer in the transferring step S203, onto a press roller (step S205) , pressing the agitated material onto a sheet 10 by using the press roller sprayed

with the agitated, material in the spraying step S205 (step S207), drying the sheet 10 pressed with the agitated material in the pressing step S207 in a dry furnace (step S209) , impregnating a cosmetic massage cream 30, such as Coenzyme QlO, albumin, green tea juice, collagen, and so forth, on the sheet dried in the drying step S209 (step S211) , and packing the sheet 10 impregnated with the cosmetic massage cream 30 in the previous impregnating step S211 with a package paper in a vacuum manner (step S213) . As described above, the process of manufacturing the mask pack 1 containing the powder according to the alternative embodiment of the present invention is substantially similar to the embodiment, except for the spraying step S205 that the material agitated by the agitator is sprayed onto the press roller, instead of the sheet 10, and the pressing step S207 that the agitated material is pressed onto the sheet 10 through the press roller sprayed with the agitated material. Therefore, the detailed description thereof will be omitted in order to avoid redundancy.

While this invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiment and the drawings. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and variations within the spirit and scope of the appended claims .

Industrial Applicability

As can be seen from the foregoing, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the mask pack containing certain powder and the manufacturing method thereof, in which the sheet adhered with the powder, such as loess, and impregnated with the cosmetic massage cream, such as Coenzyme QlO, is attached to the user's face, can provide a user with a cosmetic effect in a simple and convenient process.
