Abstract:
A mask sheet for vapor deposition in which a first direction (D1) is defined as the longitudinal direction of the mask sheet, said mask sheet comprising a grippable first lateral end (G1) and a middle part (M) having multiple through holes. The interval between the first lateral end and the middle part includes a first narrow portion (K1) having a width (Wk), i.e. a length in a second direction (D2) perpendicular to the first direction, smaller than the width of the middle part, or includes two edge patterns in which the thickness along two edges facing each other in the second direction is set to less than the maximum thickness of the middle part.
