Abstract:
Provided is a mask template cartridge carrier, belonging to the field of organic light-emitting diode preparation. The mask template cartridge carrier comprises a carrier body, an electromagnetic lock (10) and a controller (20), wherein the electromagnetic lock (10) is provided in the carrier body, the controller (20) is connected to the electromagnetic lock (10), and the electromagnetic lock (10) is used for fixing a mask template cartridge to be carried in the carrier body under the control of the controller (20). The mask template cartridge carrier provided by the present application is capable of improving the reliability of fixing the mask template cartridge.
