A mask (10) according to the present invention is equipped with a mask body part (20) and ear-latching parts (30) connected to the mask body part (20). The mask body part (20) has a flat part (20a), folds (27), and edge areas (21). The ear latching parts (30) have joining parts (31) and ring parts (32). The joining parts (31) are joined to the edge areas (21). The ring parts (32) and the joining parts (31) integrate to form ear-latching intervals (33). The ring parts (32) include first extending parts (32a) that extend from the edge areas (21) and second extending parts (32b) that are connected to the first extending parts (32a) and that extend from the edge areas (21). A slackness adjustment mechanism is provided to the parts of the ear-latching parts (30) that connect to the mask body part (20), and said mechanism extends at least one among the first extending parts (32a) and the second extending parts (32b) during wear to adjust the slackness of the extending parts at the top or bottom edge at the base of the ear of the mask wearer. Accordingly, slackness of the ear-latching parts caused by wearing the mask can be adjusted.
