[Problem] To provide a mask that can ameliorate throat pain and discomfort. [Solution] A mask 1 comprises a mask body 2 that covers a portion of a wearer's face, and a vapor producing body 3 that produces a vapor, wherein the vapor production quantity of the vapor producing body 3 over the course of 30 minutes since vapor production is 150mg to 30000mg.
