Provided in embodiments of the present application is a mask, comprising a mask body and a scent efficacy unit, wherein the scent efficacy unit is provided on the mask body and is capable of generating a traditional Chinese herbal medicine scent or an aromatic scent. In the mask provided in the embodiments of the present application, the scent efficacy unit is provided on the mask body, and the scent efficacy is capable of generating a traditional Chinese herbal medicine scent or an aromatic scent when needed. When the mask is in use, the wearer absorbs air passing through the scent efficacy unit while breathing, and may, in a targeted way, breathe in gas with the smell of traditional Chinese herbal medicine so as to undertake a corresponding traditional Chinese medicine therapy, or alternatively, an irritating odor in the outside air or attached to the mask body may be effectively eliminated by the targeted absorption of gas having a fragrant scent, so as to obtain a better breathing experience.
