Abstract:
A mass spectrometer capable of carrying out tandem mass spectrometry, said mass spectrometer being provided with: a storage unit 41 having, stored therein, MRM measurement conditions including a plurality of MRM transitions and data for multi-MRM standard spectrums having, as mass peaks, product ion intensities measured using the MRM measurement conditions; a target-compound-input reception unit 42 for receiving input of one or more target compounds; a measurement execution unit 44 for reading MRM measurement conditions respectively corresponding to the one or more target compounds from the storage unit 41 and measuring a sample using the MRM measurement conditions; a multi-MRM measured spectrum creation unit 45 for creating a multi-MRM measured spectrum in which the product ion intensities obtained through the measurement of the sample are expressed as mass peaks on a graph having the mass-to-charge ratios of the product ions as an axis; and a similarity calculation unit 47 for determining, for each target compound, the similarity between the multi-MRM measured spectrum and a multi-MRM standard spectrum saved in the storage unit 41.
