Abstract:

In the present invention, a screen 60 that shows tuning results and is displayed on a display unit of a mass spectrometer includes a tuning item display part 62 for displaying all tuning items and, for each tuning item, displaying a result indicating whether turning work has been completed and an analysis condition display unit 63 for displaying conditions under which analysis is possible on the basis of the results. The tuning items may be displayed such that detailed tuning items are displayed individually or such that multiple tuning items are consolidated in groups. As a result, a user can know at a glance whether tuning necessary for intended analysis has already been completed. If the tuning work for a necessary tuning item has not been completed, it is possible to immediately enter into tuning work for that tuning item (restricted to that tuning item). Further, because the user can know immediately whether the intended analysis is possible in the current tuning state, the user can start analysis immediately if analysis is possible, and if analysis is not possible, the user can carry out tuning restricted to an uncompleted tuning item displayed in the tuning item display part 62.
