The present invention provides a massage mechanism for a massage device, comprising a frame, a driving shaft mounted on the frame, first eccentric wheels mounted on the driving shaft, second eccentric wheels mounted on the driving shaft, front massage arms, rear massage arms, first connection rods movably connected to the front massage arms, and second connection rods movably connected to the rear massage arms. Front massage heads are provided at the other ends of the front massage arms, and rear massage heads are provided at the other ends of the rear massage arms; the other ends of the first connection rods are movably connected to the frame, and the other ends of the second connection rods are movably connected to the frame; the first eccentric wheels drive, by means of the front massage arms, the front massage heads to move in the front-rear direction, and the second eccentric wheels drive, by means of the rear massage arms, the rear massage heads to move in the front-rear direction; and the rear massage heads move forwards when the front massage heads move backwards, and the rear massage heads move backwards when the front massage heads move forwards. The present massage mechanism for a massage device can achieve better massage effect.
