A massage shower head capable of realizing dynamic switching of water flow comprises a hollow body (1), a water-inclined body (2), an impeller (3) which is positioned under the water-inclined body (2), a front cover assembly with water outlets and a movable sheet (5) with a water-division hole (52). The movable sheet (5) is used to switch the water outlets in different regions of the front cover assembly, thus enabling the water outlets to communicate with the water-division hole (52) in the movable sheet. The impeller (3) and the movable sheet (5) are in transmission connection through a planetary gear transmission reduction mechanism with small difference in number of teeth. The massage shower head can realize dynamic switching of different water outlets on the front cover assembly and can achieve good massage effect in use.
