Abstract:
[Problem] To provide, in a massaging unit which is attached to footwear, a pillow, or a mat, a massaging unit which simultaneously achieves a suitable massaging effect and promotes circulation of blood by way of pressure and magnetism. [Solution] A massaging unit (1) which is characterized in being provided with: a first cylindrical body (2) for which an upper portion opens and which is equipped with a lower portion (21); a second cylindrical body (3) for which a lower portion is open, the second cylindrical body (3) being equipped with a sealing portion (31) for which an upper portion is curved, the second cylindrical body (3) being slidably attached to the first cylindrical body (2); elastic members (4) which, between the lower portion (21) and the sealing portion (31), are disposed along the axis direction (X) of the first and second cylindrical bodies; and a magnet (5) which is disposed between the elastic members (4) and the sealing portion (31).
