Abstract:
A massager according to the present invention has a stimulation means for stimulating the heel bone or the like. Providing appropriate stimulation to an appropriate site lowers the fasting blood sugar level and can suppress an increase in the after-meal blood sugar level. Furthermore, by combining a calf massage means for pinching the calf and changing the pinching pressure and a pressing means for pressing the pancreas reflex area of the sole of the foot, it is possible to increase the effect of lowering and suppressing an increase in the blood sugar level.
