Abstract:
A massager and a massaging method, the massager comprising a stay, an operating part provided at the stay, and a roller rotatably fitted to the stay, characterized to that the roller is formed of a plurality of rollers assembled in the stay so as to hold a hand and a foot, and a distance between the plurality of rollers is adjusted by changing the degree of inclination of the stay by the operation of the operating part, whereby a smooth rolling pressure can be easily provided to the hand and foot along the hand and foot held by the rollers fixed at a specified distance by adjusting the distance between the plurality of rollers by operating the operation part to suit the rollers to the shapes of the hand and foot to tilt the stay according to the shape of the hand and foot so as to change the degree of inclination of the stay.
