Abstract:
The peripheral wall on the bottom side of a cylinder body in a peripheral groove has: an outside-wall section extending in the radial direction of the cylinder body from the bottom of the peripheral groove; a stepped-surface section extending in the direction of the bottom of the cylinder body from the outside-wall section; and an inside-wall section having a flat-surface section parallel to the radial direction of the cylinder body, and formed on the inside in the radial direction of the cylinder body in comparison to the stepped-surface section. The inside-wall section is formed in a manner such that a center-lip section contacts nearer the tip than the outside-wall section, when a sealing member moves to the bottom side of the cylinder body.
