Abstract:
[Problem] To manufacture, with higher efficiency, a transfer body for which transfer defects are suppressed. [Solution] A master plate comprises: a substrate; a pattern layer which is provided on one surface of the substrate, and on which a fine uneven structure is formed; and an absorption layer which is disposed so as to be sandwiched and held between the substrate and the pattern layer, and which has a greater optical absorption coefficient than the pattern layer.
