Abstract:
Disclosed is a master-slave control method for a belt conveyor driven by multiple motors, wherein motors of one driving portion are regarded as a group. Operation parameters of each motor in the group are acquired, and one or more of torque balance, speed balance, and load balance between the multiple motors is/are realized only by controlling the rotational angular speed of each motor according to the master-slave distribution scheme for the multiple motors. According to the method, torque balance, speed balance, and load balance of a group of motors in one driving portion of the belt conveyor can be realized, and the damage to the motors, motor driving devices, and mechanical parts can be reduced.
