Abstract:
A master-slave redundancy control system, comprising two controllers, which can perform master-slave switching according to an operation state, wherein one controller operates in a master state, the other controller serves as a redundant backup to operate in a slave state, and master-slave switching is performed according to the operation state. Each controller comprises a processor, which realizes control logic of a master/slave controller; a communication interface, which serves as a transmission interface of a synchronization state message of the controllers; an Ethernet interface, which serves as a transmission interface of a synchronization data message of the controllers; and a logic device, which realizes master-slave switching, and transceiving control of master-slave synchronization logic. In the system, a redundancy switching message is transmitted by using a logic device; a processor does not participate in message transceiving; a logic device sends an interruption to the processor after detecting a state change, thereby reducing the load on the processor and improving the master-slave switching speed; and logic device sends messages with a fixed period, thereby reducing the switching jitter of a redundant controller.
